SERVICES INCLUDED

• Half Pension prices are per person, per week and include stay, conditioned air, breakfast and dinner with water.
• Discounts: third/fourth bed children ages 2-8 40%; third/fourth bed adults 20%.
• Apartments: initial bed linen change without service, water, energy and gas consumptions, assistance on site.
  
  SERVICES NOT INCLUDED
• Hotel Supplements: full board: € 72,00 in low and medium season; € 83,00 in the rest of the year, per person per week to be paid on site. Child’s cot ages 0-2 on demand € 30,00 per week (free if it is client’s own), in any case never exceed the total number of beds (extra meals to be paid on site for half- or full-board). Single room (on demand): 30% excluding in high season.
• Residence Supplements: extra bed € 70,00 per week in A/B periods; € 110,00 in C/D/E periods. Final apartment cleaning (obligatory): € 25,00 one-room units; € 30,00 two-room units; € 40,00 three-room units. Kitchenette and dishes must be left in clean condition at departure, otherwise additional € 25,00 will be charged.
• Shaded guarded parking: 20,00 weekly in A/B; € 30,00 weekly in C; € 40,00 weekly in D/E.
  
  It is possible to rent bed (€ 6,00) and bath (€ 5,00) linen per week per person.
  
  Pet: not admit.
